I had high hopes for this "killer" sled and, ultimately, am completely satisfied with it. After talking to a very helpful and responsive person at the seller, I discovered that I needed to inflate the inner tube well beyond what was intuitive to me (duh!). The result is the best sled we ever had. Is it as fast as advertized? We haven't had the conditions yet to test that, but we love it regardless.
