Early this year a Personal Trainer at my Fitmess Club showed me several excercises on this toner. They are aimed at improving posture, core strength and overall muscle tone and are illustrated in the brochure received from Stroops. It is now easy to do hamstring stretches, reverse flyes, chest and back exercises at home as well as the gym. I'm glad that my trainer recommended this product
