Think long and hard before getting this. Yep, it's big, But,the plastic is flimsy and thin. Also, I noticed that the edge(the part many people will grab on the sides as they slide) is fairly sharp plastic. The kind of plastic that could give nasty cuts under certain circumstances. For 10-15 dollars more you can get much better sleds. This thing seems designed for a couple days use.

This is an OK sled, it's nice and long and you can easily fit 3-4 people on it. The only issue is that it is very hard to control. It almost always ends up backwards and that kind of spooks my kids a bit. We have several other sleds and this is the only one that turns around every time and because of that the kids are less prone to choose it. But it is ok, it does the job and the price is right. Would be good for hauling things through the snow...
