Because delivery is only guaranteed to the curb, I asked the deliveryman to move the 10 foot skid to my garage for a tip. Directions are included and for some parts, assembly requires two people. One step I didn't take was to inventory all nuts, bolts and collars; I was short several, but when I contacted Elmira, the customer service guy overnighted me what I needed.The only problem that I encountered was attaching the weight bar to the carriage; two thick 3 1/2 inch bolts connect through the top and bottom of the upper carriage at an angle. When I contacted Elmira customer service again, the rep offered to send me a new carriage. I was aggravated enough to make the bolts fit the holes using a triple diamond file and pumice drill tips, but it was great to know that this company stands behind its products with a lifetime warranty.
